Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how STAMP4U.hk (“the Site”) handles visitor data. The Site is operated by virtualHi. Questions can be directed to info@stamp4u.hk.

1. What we don't collect

Our stamp generators are client-side only. The company name, address, person name, title and any other stamp content you type stays in your browser — it's never uploaded to our servers or any third party, and we have no way to see, store or back it up. SVG / PNG downloads are produced entirely in the browser; nothing transits our servers during generation.

We do not ask you to register an account, provide an email address or any personally identifying information. There are no login records.

2. Cookies & browser storage

The Site uses the following categories of cookies and local storage:

• Essential cookies / localStorage — record your choice on the cookie consent banner (e.g. stamp4u.consent.v1) and remember your generator inputs so you don't have to re-type on next visit. These stay on your device.
• Analytics cookies — measure page views, visitor country and navigation path. See section 3 for details.
• Advertising cookies — set by Google AdSense and its ad partners to measure ad performance and, if you've consented to personalised ads, show you ads relevant to your interests. See section 3.

You can clear or block cookies any time via your browser settings. The Site's core functionality (stamp generation) keeps working with cookies fully disabled.

3. Third-party services

The Site uses the following third-party services, which set their own cookies in your browser:

• Google AdSense (advertising) — keeps the Site free. Google may show personalised ads based on your previous browsing. Opt out at Google Ad Settings, or opt out of multiple ad networks at once via Your Online Choices. See Google's advertising & cookies policy for more.
• Google Analytics 4 (site analytics) — aggregate metrics like page views, visitor country and device type. We have enabled IP anonymisation (anonymize_ip). See Google's privacy policy.
• Vercel Analytics & Speed Insights (performance monitoring) — provided by Vercel Inc., measuring page load times and Core Web Vitals. Vercel Analytics is cookie-less and does not track individual visitors. See Vercel's privacy policy.

4. Consent management (EEA / UK visitors)

If you're visiting from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the consent banner shown on first visit defaults advertising and analytics cookies to a “denied” state. You have to actively click “Accept” before the Site or its third parties (Google AdSense, Google Analytics) enable tracking cookies or personalised advertising. You can reset your choice any time by clearing your browser data.

5. Children's privacy

The Site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. Parents or guardians who believe a child has used the Site without their knowledge may contact info@stamp4u.hk and we will assist.

6. Updates to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Please review periodically.
